Responsibilties:
Responsible for organizing and managing sections in the store
Providing a high level of service in the store
Control of all processes for accounting of inventory items in the store
Analysis of the economic performance of the store
Participation in active sales, work with clients on the trading floor
Control of cash discipline
Organization of display of goods
Conducting inventories
Manage HR needs (Training, New Hires, Internal Potential, Schedules and Vacations)

Requirements:
Experience: 2 years - 5 years
Knowledge of the rules for organizing the customer service process, customer service standards, the sales system
Strong initiative and self-motivation
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to think "out of the box"
